• Chapter Service Award - The Chapter Service Award recognizes an East Tennessee Leadership Chapter member demonstrating a desire and dedication to the achievement of the Chapter goals.Chapter Service
• Scholarship Award - The Scholarship Award is an award presented to promote excellence in the managerial field by recognizing and rewarding exceptional candidates pursuing management degrees at the college or university level. This award consists of a $500 cash award. Scholarship
